Biddeford has a long, layered, and diverse history. We hold space for the heroic and the good in that history while recognizing its depth and complexity, and at times its darkness. We do not ask people to be perfect to belong here. Biddeford is a big tent: vibrant, unconventional, resilient, and full of people who bring their whole selves to the table. We are a little bit of a circus: eclectic, irreverent, composed of people of every walk of life and tigers of every stripe. But most importantly: this circus is ours.
Evan & Kelsey of Offhand collaborated with tattoo artist Aliah of AClay Tattoo, Holly & Tim of Creation Lab, Emily of Eldest Daughter Strategies & collected feedback from Biddeford neighbors to shape this emblem. It was designed to encapsulate the Biddeford spirit we aim to protect, uplift, and embody through our work as a coalition of community organizers and engaged neighbors.
We take care of our community in Biddeford; & if you mess with one of us you mess with all of us. We don’t let clowns create unwanted chaos here, we take control. So ladies & gentlethem, let the show begin.
100% of proceeds will be donated to Project Relief Maine & mutual aid efforts in Biddeford.
